One session, built around what your body needs

Choose a starting point
Most clients describe the problem rather than the modality, and the session is built from there. If you are not sure which to book, call and describe what hurts.
- 01
Customized Bodywork
Trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping and lymphatic drainage, sequenced around how your body is moving that day.
- 02
Deep Tissue
Slow, deliberate pressure through the deeper muscle layers, for tension that has been present long enough to feel normal.
- 03
Swedish
Long, flowing strokes at an even pace to support circulation, improve sleep, and settle the nervous system.
- 04
Sports
Pre-event, post-event and maintenance work for golfers, players, runners and cyclists, timed to your calendar.
- 05
Hot Stones Aromatherapy
Heated basalt and essential oils used as working tools, softening tissue so deeper work can be done comfortably.
- 06
Neuromuscular
Precise clinical work on the muscles that pull the skeleton out of alignment and hold it there.
Everything the session calls for
There is no separate menu and no charge for adding a technique. What gets used depends on the intake conversation and what the tissue tells me.
- 01
Sixty or ninety minutes
Sixty minutes treats one region thoroughly. Ninety covers the full body with extra time where you need it.
- 02
Hot stones and warm towels
Used to soften tissue so deeper work can be done at a comfortable pressure.
- 03
Essential oils
A blend chosen with you at intake, carried through the whole session.
- 04
Cupping and assisted stretching
Applied where the body calls for them, at no additional charge.
Assessment first, then the work
Every appointment opens with a short conversation about your pain, activity level and goals, followed by a look at how you stand and move. The hands-on work then focuses on the structures involved.
You leave knowing what was found, how it was addressed, and two or three specific things to continue between visits.
Book a sessionNot sure which to book?
Call and describe the problem. A two-minute conversation usually settles it, and you will be speaking with the therapist who treats you.
